Ice Swimming
Refresh in the cool water! Ice swimming opportunities are available at Immelkartano, Sammun Tupa, Tonttula Beach Sauna, Saunabaari, Aakenuspirtti, and Arctic Sauna World. Some of them have open sessions, while others require a reservation.
Ice Karting
Exciting driving on an ice karting track! No driver’s license or previous driving experience is required, and anyone over 145 cm tall can participate, making this activity suitable for children too.
Northern Lights
The Northern Lights season in the North lasts about 7 months. You can see the Northern Lights from mid-August to early April. The lights can be seen as early as dusk, but statistically, the best chances are between 9 PM and 1 AM.
Migratory Birds
In addition to breathtaking landscapes and exciting adventures, Lapland boasts a vibrant birdlife that captivates bird enthusiasts. Migratory birds spread into Northern Finland mainly during April and May. Late-melting meadows form streams and ponds where a diverse range of bird species, such as the Common ringed plover and the Temminck’s stint, thrive. Many typical bird species, especially Charadriis like Tringas and Calidris, inhabit the swamps of Lapland.

Stylish and spacious 52.5 m² Superior Family Rooms are a great accommodation option e.g. families. The Superior Family Room have bedroom, living room and a bright bathroom.
The Deluxe Rooms are spacious 37-46.5 m² rooms. Some Deluxe Rooms have a sauna and some a bathtub. There is also a bright living room with a sofa bed.
